A dining table is the piece your family gathers around every day, so it should be sized to your room and built to take the wear. We cut ours from solid teak (sagwan), sheesham or mango wood in Saharanpur, in four, six, eight and ten seaters, with clean modern legs or carved bases and matching chairs to suit. What is the price of a teak wood dining table?

A solid sagwan (teak) dining table from Woodstocks is indicatively priced from about ₹30,000 for a four-seater up to ₹2,50,000 for a large carved eight to ten seater. Matching dining chairs are indicatively ₹7,000 to ₹50,000 each. Every piece is made to order and quoted individually.

Is a sagwan dining table good quality?

Yes. Sagwan is the Hindi name for teak, and teak is one of the best woods for a dining table because its density and natural oils resist water marks, warping and daily wear. A solid teak top ages beautifully and can be re-oiled to look new for decades.

Can you make a dining table in a custom length?

Yes. We size every dining table to your room and seat count, from a compact four-seater to a ten-seater. Share your dining room dimensions and we will propose a length that seats everyone comfortably while leaving room to move around.

Do you make matching dining chairs?

Yes. We build matching dining chairs in the same wood and finish as the table, in whatever number you need. You can choose plain, upholstered or carved chair backs to match the table base.

Do you ship dining tables outside Saharanpur?

Yes. We crate and ship door-to-door across India and worldwide, with in-room placement on delivery. Typical build time is around six weeks from confirmed design to dispatch, and shipping is quoted separately.
