Where we deliver, how long it takes, and how shipping is handled for your order.

1. Made to order: processing and lead time
Most of our pieces are handcrafted to order, so there is a production period before your order ships. The lead time depends on the piece, the wood and finish, and our current workload. We confirm an estimated production and dispatch timeline with you in writing when your order is placed, and we keep you updated as the piece progresses.
2. Where we ship
We currently deliver to:
- India: pan-India delivery to all states and union territories.
- Saudi Arabia
- United Arab Emirates
- Canada
- United States of America
If your destination isn't listed, message us and we may still be able to arrange it.
3. Delivery estimates
Delivery times vary by destination, the size and number of pieces, and the shipping method used. They are estimated and confirmed when your order is placed. International shipments naturally take longer than domestic ones and can be affected by carrier schedules, customs clearance and other factors outside our control. We'll always give you our best estimate up front and let you know if anything changes.
4. Shipping cost
Shipping is quoted per order, based on the destination and the size, weight and volume of the pieces. We confirm the shipping cost as part of your quotation before your order is finalised, so there are no surprises after dispatch.
5. Customs, duties and taxes (international orders)
For orders shipped outside India, any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or other charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our quoted price or shipping cost, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We recommend checking your country's import rules for furniture before ordering.
6. On delivery
Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If a piece has been damaged in transit, note it and contact us within 48 hours with photographs; see our Refund & Replacement Policy for how we handle damaged or defective pieces (in short: we repair or remake the affected piece).
