Refund & Replacement Policy
Our furniture is handcrafted and made to order. This page explains what happens if something arrives damaged or defective, and what we are and aren't able to do.

In short: we don't operate a store or a returns counter, and we don't accept returns or exchanges of made-to-order pieces simply because of a change of mind. If a piece arrives damaged or has a genuine manufacturing defect, we will repair or remake the affected piece for you: a replacement, not a refund. We do not offer gift orders or gift cards.
1. Made-to-order furniture
Almost everything we make is produced specifically for your order, in the wood, finish and dimensions you choose. Because each piece is built for you, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and production has begun. Please use our enquiry process to confirm the design, materials, size and finish before you place an order; we're happy to talk it through as many times as you need.
2. No store returns; no gift orders
We do not run a physical showroom or retail store, so there is no walk-in returns or exchange counter. We also do not offer gift orders, gift wrapping or gift cards. Orders are made for, and refunds (where applicable) are issued to, the person who placed and paid for the order.
3. Damaged in transit or defective pieces: we replace
Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If a piece arrives damaged in transitor has a genuine manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs of the issue (and, where relevant, of the packaging). Where we agree that the piece is damaged or defective, we will repair it or remake the affected piece and re-deliver it to you at no additional cost. Replacement is our standard remedy; we do not offer cash refunds in place of a repair or replacement.
4. What is not a defect
Our pieces are made by hand from solid wood. The following are natural characteristics of handcrafted solid-wood furniture and are not considered defects:
- Variation in grain, colour and tone between pieces, and from the photographs on this site;
- Visible joinery, knots, small filled areas, and minor surface texture;
- Slight movement, settling or seasonal expansion and contraction of solid timber;
- Minor variations in dimensions within normal handcrafting tolerances.
5. How to report a problem
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 90451 09018 or email woodstocksenterprises0001@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your name, order details, the date of delivery, and photographs clearly showing the issue. We'll review it with you and arrange the repair or remake.
6. Shipping of replacements
Where we agree to repair or replace a damaged or defective piece, we arrange and cover the logistics of collecting the affected piece (where required) and delivering the replacement. For everything else relating to delivery and timelines, see our Shipping Policy.
